Privacy Policy

When you claim or invade a slot: your company or product name, website, short description, email address and mobile number, the colour you choose, and the amount you paid. The name, logo, description, link and amount are public by design — that is the placement you bought. Your email and phone are not shown anywhere.

When you pay: payment is handled by Cashfree Payments. We receive a payment reference and status, never your card or UPI details. Cashfree’s own privacy policy applies to the data they process.

When you visit: a salted, one-way hash of your IP address (used for rate limiting and visitor counts; it cannot be turned back into your address), your browser’s user agent, and anonymous page analytics. Clicks on a slot’s link are counted; the count is public, the clicker is not recorded.

To display your placement, to take payment and send receipts, to contact you about your slot (for example when it is invaded), to prevent abuse, and to keep aggregate statistics about the Service.

We do not use advertising cookies. Your browser’s local storage remembers your sound preference and a draft of the booking form so you do not have to retype it. Analytics, when enabled, is cookieless.

We share data only with the services needed to run the site: Cashfree (payments), our hosting and database providers, and an email provider for receipts. We do not sell personal data. We disclose data when the law requires it.

Placement and payment records are kept for as long as required by Indian tax and accounting law (currently eight years). Slot history is public and permanent, but on request we will replace a personal name in the history with the business name or “a former holder”. Visitor hashes are deleted within 90 days.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your email and phone once your slot history no longer requires them. Our grievance officer is Muralimanohar, reachable at the same address and at +91 9042061642; we respond within 30 days as required by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules under it.

We will post any change to this policy here with a new effective date.
